Welcome to the end-of-row house “Barkentine” No. 10,<br><br>. Here you’ll find a comfortable end-of-row house in the Strandpark vacation village in Sierksdorf. The living and dining area, featuring a fireplace and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and washing machine, is located on the first floor. From here, you also have access to the terrace. The wood-burning fireplace ensures cozy evenings with friends and family. The first floor also features a shower room with a sauna. Our winter guests particularly appreciate the convenience of having their own sauna.<br>On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds—one with a large mattress (160 cm x 200 cm) and one with two single mattresses (each 90 cm x 200 m). The first floor also features a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. On the second floor, the studio features a play and art corner for children, as well as two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) that can be pushed together.<br>Heating is provided by electric heaters and a fireplace. <br>The house is located across from Hansapark and next to the railroad tracks.<br><br>The vacation home offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>Up to two dogs are permitted for a fee, provided you register them in advance.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking.<br><br>Electricity is billed based on consumption at a current rate of €0.60/kWh.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> Strandpark Sierksdorf is quietly located on the outskirts of town and combines the special atmosphere of a Scandinavian-style vacation home community with its close proximity to the Baltic Sea. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.<br><br>The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.<br><br>The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted only on the lawn. Each accommodation includes a parking space. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.<br><br>A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four EV charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
