Welcome to the "Kajüte" one-room vacation apartment!<br>A two-room vacation apartment has been transformed here into a spacious and modern one-room vacation apartment where you can feel right at home. The combined living and sleeping area features a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) that ensures a restful night’s sleep. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, and microwave and is integrated into the living area. The modern bathroom with shower and washing machine is located inside the apartment. Enjoy the view of the countryside and the sea from the west-facing balcony and look forward to your vacation. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. <br><br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee for the duration of your stay. <br><br>From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. Use of the balconies is generally permitted even during the breeding season.<br><br>There is a children’s playground on the premises, as well as a swimming pool located right next to it.<br>Use of the swimming pool at the Panoramic complex is included for you during your stay.<br><br>All of our properties are non-smoking apartments.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is located near the beach on the Bay of Lübeck and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The complex features 1- to 3-room vacation apartments for up to 4 people, spread from the first floor to the 18th floor, conveniently accessible by elevator or staircase. The elevator goes up to the second-to-last floor; some apartments on the upper floors are accessible only via the staircase. All vacation apartments feature a balcony or terrace, many of them with a wonderful view of the sea. <br><br>The complex combines beachfront living with the natural charm of the Baltic Sea: Between spring and late summer, swallows occasionally nest in the upper balcony areas. These protected animals are part of the natural environment; the balconies, of course, remain available for use. <br>Please note that the apartment complex is not wheelchair accessible<br><br>A great perk: Admission to the heated indoor pool at the Panoramic complex is included for our guests during opening hours.<br>There is a playground right on the premises, and the tennis court is available for a fee. <br><br>Shopping options are about 2 km away in the town center, and dining options are just 400 m away. The fine-sand natural beach is only 350 m away, and both the Sierksdorf train station and the popular Hansa-Park amusement park are about 500 m away. <br><br>The Panoramic apartment complex in Sierksdorf is ideal for families, active vacationers, and those seeking a relaxing Baltic Sea getaway alike.
