It is located on the 3rd floor of Haus Hooge (elevator available) and was extensively renovated in early 2021. <br><br>The combined living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the apartment. Whether from the rustic wooden seating area with a dining table, the sofa, or the kitchen counter, you can enjoy the view of the sea from anywhere. One covered balcony is accessible from the living room, and the other from the bedroom. A newly designed, practical closet, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms—each with a double bed (1.80 m wide)—complete this lovingly furnished vacation apartment, which spans a total of 78 square meters and is suitable for use year-round. <br><br>The apartment is equipped with, among other things, a flat-screen TV (satellite), an induction cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a washing machine. For your relaxation and the perfect day at the beach, we provide a beach chair and beach towel at Wyker Beach (Section 28), just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> From the apartments, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the ferries passing by on their way to Amrum. The bus stop is just a stone’s throw away, and of course there’s also a parking spot in front of the house if you’re arriving by car. The golf course is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the café-restaurant “Am Flugplatz,” with its large terrace, is located right next to the Wyk airfield. Take a stroll along the beach or the promenade to the harbor and enjoy the many restaurants and cafés in Wyke’s downtown area.<br><br>In the neighboring building, Uthlande, the swimming pool (free of charge) and the sauna (for a fee) are available for your use.
