If you’re looking for something special, you’ve come to the right place!
This estate is located above the village of Piovere—a typical Italian hamlet in the municipality of Tignale that has retained its authentic character—in the heart of the Alto Garda Brescia Nature Park between Limone and Salò, at an elevation of 400 meters on the western shore of Lake Garda.
Harmony, tranquility, and peace give Piovere its special charm—the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge. Extensive hiking trails, often offering breathtaking views, beckon visitors, as do gentle or challenging trekking routes, or even just a stroll to the gorge with its waterfall. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to reach the shores of Lake Garda. Swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, and much more—or simply strolling through Limone, Gargnano, Toscolano Maderno, Gardone, or Salò, to name just a few nearby tourist towns—are all great options here.

The spacious ground-floor apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and fully equipped with high-quality marble flooring sourced from the region. The living and dining area was intentionally designed to be very spacious and furnished with classic Italian furniture. The spacious bedroom features a large double bed (2x2 meters), with brand-name individual mattresses ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
From every room, you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of Lake Garda with the Monte Baldo mountain range in the background. Just waking up here will have you dreaming again as you take in this natural scenery.
The 39-square-meter covered terrace provides ample shade as well as shelter should the weather not be cooperative. Plenty of seating and two lounge chairs (with cushions, of course) let you experience nature outdoors. An electric grill is available for use in the outdoor area. Thanks to its elevated location on the west bank, you can regularly enjoy a light breeze, ensuring a pleasant temperature even on hot days.
During the booking period through May 31 and starting September 10, underfloor heating can be added as an optional extra. Due to the very high price of gas in Italy, the cost is €25 per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The nearby large swimming pool is just as inviting for relaxation as the nearby restaurant, which serves Lombard cuisine. On Sundays, the spit-roasted meat here is famous even beyond the region. And should anything be missing from your breakfast table in the morning, there’s a grocery store less than a 5-minute walk away in the village of Piovere, which also has a bar/wine shop attached.
The opening of a new spa in Piovere, featuring a sauna and wellness services, is scheduled for the 2024 season.

Upon arrival, please arrange a meeting point with our check-in attendant so you can be guided to the property. The parking lot of the restaurant “Al Poggio” is a convenient spot for this.
We have arranged for our guests to use a 2.25-meter-wide parking space free of charge. It is located approximately 50 meters above our property.
