The Space:
This oceanview suite is perfect for 2 guests and full of easy coastal vibes. Wake up to sunrise views from your private balcony, sip your coffee, and take it slow. The space is clean, modern, and super cozy, with a comfy bedroom, sleek bathroom, and a full kitchen. After beach time, come back and chill in the living area. You’re steps from the sand, with pools and resort perks included—plus close to food spots and fun, but tucked in a quieter area.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to all resort amenities: indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, and lazy river included. There’s also a restaurant and bar on-site. Laundry machines are on the main floor near the elevators. Snacks in the lobby and ice machines on even floors.

The fastest way to reach us is via booking site messages.

Other details to note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

Smoking is not allowed in common areas on resort property. This is a non-smoking suite, vaping included, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated smoking areas on the resort property. Resort staff monitor the grounds very closely, and will report to us.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Cancellation: A cancellation fee of 3.5% will be deducted from the total amount.
