We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it’s important to clarify a few points. During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding concerns about cleanliness or the privacy of the space, which would have allowed us to address any issues at the time. We also discussed the temperature during your stay and explained that, due to the rain, it had dropped. This is a cooler region, even in the summer at times. That said, you were informed that the air conditioning was available for use at all times. The indoor environment remained comfortable, and the air conditioning was not needed. Regarding the outdoor area, you suggested using the front yard for your pets. That request was politely declined, and instead you were offered the backyard, which is the designated and appropriate area for that purpose. The backyard is regularly maintained, and there were no issues with pet waste during the stay. You also requested that one of the two dogs be left out of the crate while you were away from the house. We explained that house rules require both pets to remain in their crates when guests are not present, for safety and to protect the property. Regarding cleanliness, we maintain high preparation standards before each guest’s arrival and did not receive any concerns during your stay indicating otherwise.
