Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable stay, and we're sorry your arrival experience did not meet expectations. When you arrived, the door code was not functioning properly. As soon as we were notified, we immediately reset the lock and restored access. During your walkthrough, we also learned that the master bed had not been remade to our standards after a same-day repair was completed to the frame by a contractor. We promptly arranged for a cleaner to return and address the issue, and we provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Our listing discloses the presence of exterior security cameras. These cameras are used for safety, property protection, and monitoring compliance with our posted quiet hours policy. There are no cameras inside the home. We appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns and are committed to continuously improving the guest experience. We have taken steps to help prevent similar check-in issues in the future.
