Modern, tranquil vacation home surrounded by nature—located near the “City of Roses,” Putbus (1 km)—a chance to slow down and escape the daily grind on Rügen.

The vacation home has been cozy and comfortably furnished for rental. Approx. 94 square meters of living space offer plenty of room for 6 people; a crib and wall-mounted changing table are also available. On the first floor is the large living-dining room with a TV, stereo system, and access to the terrace. The terrace features a dining table with 6 chairs and a gas grill, as well as a large awning. The vacation home also offers a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, as well as a small guest restroom. On the first floor, the vacation home offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200 cm); in one of the bedrooms, we provide a crib (60x120 cm). The bathroom, featuring a shower, sink, and toilet, is also located on the first floor. The third bedroom is on the second floor—we affectionately call it “our open gallery” since the room doesn’t have a lockable door—and from there, you’ll enjoy a view of Putbus’s golden breadbasket, where Rügen’s finest wheat grows.
We have plenty of toys and books for our younger guests, and they’re also great fun for older kids when the weather’s bad. The house includes a free parking space right next to the property. Additional parking spaces are available nearby.

The “Schwan” vacation home is an oasis in every season and in any weather—a retreat into unspoiled nature.
