Casa Amica was recently lovingly restored and, with its three bedrooms, airy and bright living room, and kitchen-diner featuring a pellet stove, now offers a lovely setting for a vacation in Liguria for 2–5 people. The house also features a bright bathroom with a shower, as well as a second solar-heated shower on the upper floor. The furnishings are modern and complement the original character of this 18th-century village house. Particularly beautiful is the original floor on the upper floor, with its pattern typical of that era. Today, it bears the marks of the house’s long history and contributes to its unique atmosphere. The house features a large terrace with a dining table and grill under an apricot tree. Another terrace is located next to the house. Many guests enjoy their first cup of coffee in the morning at the small table on the balcony. The large pool (8x3.5 m) is shared by this house and the neighboring house. This allows two families or several friends to relax and enjoy their vacation together. The washing machine, located in an outbuilding, is also shared. The house comes with one parking space. Casa Amica is located in the romantic village of Tavole, a hamlet of Prela in Val Prino. The location is quiet, with other village houses and their gardens in the neighborhood. The view of the surrounding olive groves is wonderful. The nearest beach in Imperia is about a 20-minute drive away. Several beautiful natural pools can be reached on foot by following the road to Villa Talla. There is a traditional restaurant in the village, and the nearest store is in Molino di Prela, the neighboring village. You can set out on various beautiful hikes or mountain bike tours right from your front door. A refreshing dip in one of the natural pools is always a treat. The famous Taggiasca olives are grown in the area, so there are many small oil mills that also sell olive oil.
