On the first floor, there is a spacious living area with a TV and a modern open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances.
From the living room, you can step out onto a cozy, sunny southeast-facing terrace with stylish patio furniture. Adjacent to the living room hallway, which includes a coat closet, is a bathroom with a shower.
A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the cozy bedroom, furnished with a double bed.

The property features a high-quality outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, providing ample space to unwind. The communal sauna is accessible from all 15 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
A parking space is available right next to the building for your Apartment 6 “Levke.”
