The Space:

Discover Eastway Estate, a 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home in Shinnecock Hills, offering a quiet setting with convenient access to the surrounding Hamptons area. Designed with an open layout, the main living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together to create a comfortable space for relaxing or spending time with others. Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open to the outdoor area, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection. The living room includes a mounted TV and a fireplace, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, an island with seating, and the essentials for everyday cooking and dining. The property is also equipped with solar panels and includes an electric vehicle charger for added convenience during your stay.



Each of the six bedrooms provides a comfortable place to rest, with good natural light and practical layouts suited for groups or families. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, offering convenience and space for multiple guests. Outside, the property features a private pool with lounge seating, a multi-use sport court, and a simple outdoor area for relaxing or casual meals. A bay beach is located nearby, and guests are within easy reach of Southampton’s shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Eastway Estate offers a relaxed, functional stay for those looking to enjoy the Hamptons at their own pace.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Shinnecock Hills is a quiet and scenic area in Southampton known for its coastal charm, open landscapes, and relaxed atmosphere. Guests are just a short drive from bay beaches, golf courses, and the shops and restaurants of Southampton Village, offering a balance of privacy and easy access to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Please note that the property's gate system is currently in inoperational. While access remains available, occasional gate-related issues may occur until repairs are completed.



Security deposit



Stays up to 13 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 14 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month's rent
