This vacation home welcomes you to the beautiful Eifel region, specifically the "Golden Village" of Eicherscheid. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the local countryside or explore the area’s many attractions.

The two-room apartment has been modernized and features a ground-level entrance. Parking is available in front of the house.
The apartment features a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer).
There is also a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom, and an entryway with a coat rack.
A washing machine is available for an additional fee.
In front of the entrance, a small seating area invites you to enjoy, for example, breakfast in the morning or a cold drink in the evening.

In the town center, there is a village store called “Konsum.” (A 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away.) Here you can find everything you need for daily life, including fresh bakery items from the bakery and pre-packaged cold cuts from the butcher. Additionally, the surrounding villages (Simmerath & Imgenbroich) offer a variety of other shopping options, restaurants, and more.

In and around Eicherscheid, there are numerous hiking trails, such as the Flurhecken Rundweg or the Eifelsteig, as well as a variety of cycling and mountain biking opportunities around Lake Rur and the Eifel National Park, or along the Ravelweg.

Other nearby attractions include, for example,
the Old Town of Monschau, the Hohe Venn, Ordensburg Vogelsang, and the historic Westwall, among others.
