In addition, there are three individually designed bedrooms with double/box-spring beds, including TVs and free Wi-Fi, perfect for relaxing moments as a couple or social evenings with friends or family. A bathroom and a shower/wash area with a sauna provide the perfect wellness experience after an active day in the surrounding natural landscape—or as the perfect way to cap off a relaxed and laid-back afternoon in the garden or on the cozy XXL couch. Afterward, you can cool off in the solar-heated private outdoor pool (April through October, weather permitting) surrounded by well-maintained greenery.
It is best suited for those seeking peace and relaxation, whether to unwind or enjoy a cozy get-together. Party clubs, bachelor parties, or loud drinking games are not permitted in this new and high-end loft house.
The house offers an ideal starting point for bike tours by regular bike or e-bike (e-bike rental available upon request) into the beautiful natural landscape of the cyclist-friendly Emsland region, which features few elevation changes.
