The vacation complex features a large sunbathing lawn and a large playground with a volleyball net, soccer goal, slide, swing, rocking horse, sandbox, ping-pong table, and bocce court.

Vacation Apartment 8 has a living area of 54 square meters and is equipped to accommodate 4 people.
It consists of a living room with a sitting area, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, etc.
The living area includes a sleeper sofa for 2 people. The bedroom features a double bed. A washing machine is available to guests in the bathroom, which includes a shower. The ground-floor apartment includes a terrace with outdoor furniture and lounge chairs.
