Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many resturants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

Welcome to your dream waterfront loft on Lake Erie! This spacious, open concept condo offers a truly unique retreat, with panoramic views of the lake and a balcony that you can walk right out on and sip your morning coffee! The loft design maximizes natural light, with soaring ceilings and large windows framing the sparkling waters. The master bedroom is a serene haven with a king bed, offering a spacious retreat with a full size shower/tub combo bathroom attached to the room.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The living room invites you to relax, with plush seating and a cozy ambiance. The loft is a second bedroom with an open concept that is not a private bedroom. There is a queen bed and two twin beds in the loft. There is a kids only bedroom with 2 twin beds, which is ideal for the little ones to have their own space. This loft is your perfect getaway to relax right on Lake Erie!

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.
** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 7 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.
**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.
**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.
** The outdoor pool and hot tub are closed due to construction.
**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.
**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.
**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
** Local guests must contact host before booking.
** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.
** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
