This very modern 3-room vacation rental spans two levels starting from the first floor and offers a spacious 111 m² of living space for up to 6 people. Thanks to its location and amenities, the vacation rental is also particularly well-suited for family vacations; children are very welcome here. Vacations with dogs in St. Peter Ording are also possible here upon request. The vacation rental includes a furnished terrace, where a traditional North German beach chair is available during the season. The open layout to the furnished terrace makes the modern living room wonderfully bright and inviting. The furnishings include a seating area with elegant leather furniture. The large dining table seats the entire family, and multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A high-quality Bluetooth speaker is provided. The elegant oak flooring enhances the vacation rental’s special charm.

The vacation rental’s comfortable kitchen is integrated into the space. There, an elegant counter with bar stools offers a separate seating and dining area. The kitchen’s high-quality amenities include, among other things, an induction cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. A high-quality espresso machine with a portafilter is also available. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor, where a washing machine and dryer are located.

The upper floor features two bedrooms. Both are furnished with a large 180x200 cm double bed; one of them also has an additional flat-screen TV. Two well-equipped luxury shower rooms are also located on this floor, each featuring walk-in showers. The open loft in the attic accommodates another double bed, and a crib is also available there. A flat-screen TV is provided here as well.
