Villa Ulika is a holiday home with a pool in the village of Anzici, near Visnjan, only 19 km from Porec and the sea. The house is situated on a 1000m2 plot with a well-kept lawn, olive trees and a 50m2 pool.
The beautifully restored Istrian stone house has two separate floors, ideal for large groups or multiple families.
The spacious ground floor apartment has luxury furnishings in a rustic style, providing a warm and homely feel. This offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, living room with pull-out couch for two people and TV with satellite connection, two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. At the entrance is the terrace with garden furniture and beautiful views of the pool, whirlpool in the pool area and the surrounding area.
The floor apartment offers you a charming view and has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with sleeping accommodation for 2 people, satellite TV, DVD player.
But the most beautiful thing is the fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy an unforgettable evening with a glass of wine. The antique furnishings of the 19th-century bedrooms will take you back in time, where you can forget all your worries for a while. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one with a massage bathtub and one with a massage shower.
