Welcome! <br>Here you’ll find a modern, step-free ground-floor apartment with a spacious layout and high-quality amenities that leave nothing to be desired. <br>Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the apartment on cooler days.<br><br>Whether you’re traveling as a couple or as a family with a toddler, there’s plenty of space for a travel crib, which can be easily booked as an add-on. A high chair is also available for rent at the front desk.<br>Of course, your four-legged friend is also welcome.<br>Enjoy breakfast or lunch in the sunshine on the large terrace overlooking the Graft, or spend a cozy evening in the bright and friendly living area with a sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, and a TV.<br>Even cooking becomes an experience in the open, high-quality, and superbly equipped kitchen. In addition to the standard amenities, a Krups Piccollo XS Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine is available for your use.<br>The bright, spacious bedroom features a double bed with nightstands, a wardrobe, and a TV.<br>Especially on stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom transforms into a wellness sanctuary. Die gesamte Wohnung ist hell, modern und freundlich eingerichtet, riesiges Bad, gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt, die Hinterlegung des Schlüssels in einem Safe war sehr gut beschrieben und hat 1a geklappt. Die Kommunikation per Whatsapp war sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen wundervoll entspannten Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung "Ankerplatz". Besonders erwähnenswert finde ich die Nähe zum Meer. So konnten wir bequem jeden Abend nach unseren Ausflügen noch eine Runde am Strand spazieren oder bei einem Gläschen Wein in den Dünen sitzen.

Es wurde alles gut erklärt. Unkompliziert Das Appartement war für uns nahezu perfekt ausgestattet und unser Hund fühlte sich willkommen und wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
