Strathcona is Vancouver`s oldest neighbourhood, within walking distance to downtown but it`s own little sanctuary. Your home base consists of a comfortable private bedroom, a welcoming living space with a pullout sofa bed for up to 2 extra guests, and a clean full bathroom. The divided patio out front is a quiet retreat shaded by a mature tree — bring a book and your morning coffee. Discover why Strathcona is one of Vancouver`s most sought after areas. For families, its a two block walk from McLean park, with swings, a playground, and multiple coffee shops. For the foodies, there are multiple craft breweries, wine bars, and Michelin star restaurants all walkable.

Full access to the coach house, private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living area with pullout sofa, and a divided patio with seating. Please note the patio is separated by a fence but partially visible from the owner`s adjacent yard.

Access to the coach house is through the back entrance only — please do not use or walk through the front of the property, as a lovely family calls it home. We ask all guests to be courteous toward the front family and neighbours throughout their stay.

No TV is available in the space. Quiet hours run from 10PM to 8AM. Parties and events are not permitted.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500USD fine will be charged for any violation.

Small dogs are considered upon request only — a $60 pet fee applies per stay. Please reach out before booking for approval.
