Designed for large groups, this spacious home sleeps up to 20 guests and features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a newly renovated coastal kitchen, oversized dining area, cozy front porch, and a unique sun-filled bar room perfect for entertaining. Enjoy multiple workspaces, plenty of parking, central heat + air, and an unbeatable location near Ventnor’s beaches, restaurants, and boardwalk.

LIVING & ENTERTAINING:
Step inside to a bright coastal living room featuring comfortable oversized seating, natural light, and a large smart TV perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a beach day. Just off the living room is one of the home’s most unique features — a sun-filled bar room with seating for up to 11 guests and direct access to the front porch. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, evening cocktails, or gathering with friends before dinner, this space was made for entertaining.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The newly renovated coastal kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a massive commercial grade refrigerator/freezers, kitchen island, spacious countertops, and a thoughtfully designed coffee bar. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats up to 14 guests, creating the perfect setting for family meals and celebrations. A dedicated laundry room includes two washer/dryer sets along with an additional full-size refrigerator and freezer for added convenience during longer stays.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The second floor features four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, TV, closet, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with Bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 includes a king bed, private sunroom space, and access to a private balcony with OCEAN VIEWS, furnished with outdoor couches and coffee table. Bedroom 3 is ideal for kids or larger groups with two bunk beds featuring full beds on the bottom and twin beds above. Bedroom 4 features a queen bed plus an additional bonus sleeping space with twin bunks.

The third floor includes Bedrooms 5 through 7. Bedroom 5 offers a queen bed and dedicated workspace. Bedroom 6 features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 7 includes a queen bed, TV, and another dedicated workspace, making the home ideal for extended stays or remote work.

OUTDOOR SPACE & PARKING:
Relax on the spacious front porch with cozy lounge seating after a day at the beach. The second floor features a private balcony with OCEAN VIEWS, furnished with outdoor couches and coffee table. The home includes driveway parking for 2-3 vehicles, plus two street parking permits for additional parking nearby.

Located on charming Austin Ave, you’ll be close to local cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and Ventnor’s beautiful beach and boardwalk. Enjoy a quieter, more laid-back beach town atmosphere while still being just minutes from the casinos, nightlife, and entertainment of Atlantic City, as well as the dining and shopping of nearby Margate. Don’t miss Ventnor’s popular summer Farmers Market every Friday from 8am-12pm.

Listing Transit:
The area is very walkable and bike-friendly, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and public transportation is accessible as well.

Listing Notes:
PARKING: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles depending on the size. For additional parking, two street parking passes are provided for free 24/7 street parking nearby.

TVs: There are TVs in several bedrooms and living spaces. All of our TV`s are Smart TV`s. You will be able to log into applications like Hulu, HBO, Prime & Netflix with your credentials. There is no cable.

STAIRS: Approx. 6 stairs required to access the 1st floor living space, then 10-12 stairs required to access the 2nd and 3rd floor bedroom/living spaces.

HVAC: The home is heated and cool via a central heating and cooling system controlled by wall mounted thermostats throughout.

Pet Policy: We welcome well behaved dogs only (no cats unless specifically approved), with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (up to 80 lbs each unless approved in advance). A non-refundable pet fee applies, and all pets must be disclosed at the time of booking—no exceptions. For the comfort and cleanliness of the home, pets are not permitted on furniture or beds and must be crated when left unattended. All pets must be fully house-trained and flea-free, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside and outside the property.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
