Located across from Cazenovia Park and golf course, this second floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is fully renovated and set up to cover all your needs. Ten minutes from downtown Buffalo, the medical campus, Canalside and New Era Field, the home of the Buffalo Bills. A quick half hour drive to wondrous Niagara Falls!

An additional queen size air mattress allows for up to 4 guests to stay overnight. There is also one garage parking spot and laundry on site for guests to use.

We are available most hours of the day and night via the app.

Entire first floor apartment, basement (with washer & dryer), front yard and garage in back of apartment building.
