A small entryway leads to the bright and welcoming living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level is the large dining table with six chairs.
In addition to meals, this is a great spot for socializing.
Board games for all ages are available.
The wood-burning stove, with its cozy atmosphere, will add to the comfort. The stove may only be fueled with wood briquettes!

In the back area, adjacent to the patio, there is a cozy sofa corner with a TV.
A guest restroom is also available on the first floor.

The south-facing patio is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a patio umbrella. Chair cushions are provided.

The first floor offers not only two bedrooms but also a spacious bathroom with a modern rain shower, a bathtub with a rain shower, and an in-house sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become your very own wellness sanctuary. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna experiences at our front desk.

The gallery, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea. Binoculars are available.
Here, too, a cozy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offer the perfect spot to unwind. A home office workstation rounds out the amenities.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cool days. For warmer days, a fan is available.

A large selection of books for all ages is available.

Upon request, a travel crib with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.

A free parking space is available just a few meters from the house. Bicycle parking is available right next to the house.
Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public parking lot approximately 300 meters away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the parking lot at EDEKA.
Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Stag and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.
Pets are also not allowed in this house.

This house has its own satellite system. This allows you to easily access a wide variety of popular channels on the available TV sets.
Furthermore, the vacation home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent Internet reception throughout the entire property.
