Just 100 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) and offers approximately 76 m² of living space and a sunny northwest-facing balcony. This very family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Two cozy bedrooms provide space for this. Conveniently located in the building is a basement that offers space for bicycles and similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space, No. 29. A washing machine is available in the basement for a fee. You can also use free Wi-Fi here.

We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bed linens for €20.00 per person, towels for €10.00 per person, or as a linen package for €25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter kit* and utilities.
* Starter kit: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for arranging additional supplies during your stay.
