This home features hardwood flooring, family friendly with updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint.

Guests have access to the entire property

Before requesting a reservation please have a completed profile that includes a clear picture, and verification. Also, please tell me about your group and what brings you to town. I`m entrusting my home to you and I ask that you respect my place and my neighbors.

No drugs or smoking anywhere on the property
No overly loud noise or music between 10 PM and 8 AM = This house is only suitable for families and quiet retreats as it is in a very residential area.
No parties or events
No glassware in the hot tub
