You’ll be staying in a modern 2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approximately 45 m², on the 2nd floor. The living/bedroom opens onto the south-facing balcony and is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, 3D Blu-ray player, and a separate dining area in the bay window. The fully equipped kitchen area, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, and oven, offers plenty of space for home cooks. The separate bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and access to the east-facing balcony. The bathroom, featuring a shower/toilet (rain shower) and a heated towel rack, is accessible from the hallway. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The parking space is located in the underground garage (width 2.50 m).



The Residenz Steinmarne is a vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Duhnen. It is located right next to the beach, behind the dike and dunes, on a traffic-calmed street. The complex features 34 vacation apartments for 1–6 people, each with a fully glazed bay window. An elevator is available only in Building 1, which houses apartments numbered 1.01–1.16. The apartments in Buildings 2 and 3 are located on the second floor at most.
Recreational activities: Children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at the nearby Thalasso Center “ahoi!” in Duhnen.

Parking space in front of the building or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (maximum entry height 1.95 m, parking space width 2.40 m – 2.50 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space)

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
