The Rosen Apartment on the first floor features 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 living room (with a sofa bed) and an adjoining kitchen, and can accommodate up to four people. The garden features barbecue facilities and a cozy terrace for a relaxing break with a magnificent view of the mountains. You can also enjoy the mountain panorama from the lounge in the pavilion. The apartment also features a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker), and a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet.



Welcome to the Schaller Vacation Home in the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region

Our vacation home is located in the Pruggern district of the Gröbminger Land region. It has been recently renovated and offers two new, spacious vacation apartments for 2–10 people, equipped with every comfort.
Warm colors, natural furnishings with plenty of wood, and the breathtaking panoramic view of the Dachstein Mountains, the Schladminger Tauern, and the vast Enn Valley create a cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The apartments are nestled in the countryside, in a quiet location. Here you can breathe in the fresh mountain air, relax, and enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains.

The vacation home also stands out thanks to its central location in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. Right from your front door, you can set out on mountain hikes of every difficulty level. Whether it’s a hike to the nearest peak, a leisurely family hike, or a hike to a mountain hut, the options around your vacation home are as diverse as the Schladming-Dachstein region itself. You’ll also find over 1,000 km of bike trails in the region.

In winter, you’re just 3 kilometers from the Galsterbergbahn. The Galsterberg is part of the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise, where you can enjoy a varied ski vacation on 230 kilometers of slopes. Our guests enjoy unforgettable winter experiences off the slopes on a stunning ski tour through pristine winter landscapes, gentle winter hikes or snowshoe walks, or fun toboggan rides.
