In a cozycneighborhood in the city centre, beach and train station at a walking distance is this the perfect spot for your vacation.

The entrance at the left side of Cafe Bluys gives you access to the studio. All the basics that you need during your stay are available. Two comfortable single beds, sitting area, a flatscreen, and a shower and toilet.The sofa in the sitting area is a sofa bed for a third person.

## Neighborhood

The elongated beach of Zandvoort offers many beach clubs where you can eat and drink in the summer. You can relax on a beach bed, enjoy nature, dip your feet in the sand or take a lovely walk. In winter, less Beach clubs are open, but you can still come and enjoy the sometimes wild sea and beautiful nature.
Zandvoort is also called "Amsterdam Beach" because you can get to Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes by train! The hustle and bustle of the city just around the corner and an accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the beach and nature.
The Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen are two National Parks where you can take beautiful walks and cycle tours.
Would you like to experience a sporty day? Then there are plenty of possibilities such as: mountain biking, learning to kite or wave surf, getting your PADI, sailing or horse riding.
Circuit Park Zandvoort is situated at the edge of Zandvoort, surrounded by dunes and beach. You can visit various events there such as the world famous Formula 1 Heineken Dutch Grand Prix, Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort and the ADAC GT Masters.

the weather didnt help but we went couple of days to Amsterdam. the appartment is nice i love the location! otherwise i think since two years nothing was renivated! the front key door is very hard to get through .. still🙂 i just didnt like tge staff, i arrived after 6 and half hours driving and asked if i can have a coffee , the other employee looked at ger colleague and the colleague said No! this is not on! ok!!! i was surprised with the answer! byt back to the appartment it is qulaity price wise ok !

Das Haus mit dem Studio im Dachgeschoss ist in einer super Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, Bahnhof, Zentrum, Supermarkt und auch Parkhaus.

Insgesamt OK, aber mit diversen Mängeln.Im Bad schliesstdie Duschtrennwand nicht richtig, die Entlüftung läuft un-unterbrochen und ist ziemlich laut.Tapeten und Anstrichmüssen mal erneuert werden,die Kücheneinrichtung istspartanisch ( 1 Löffel, 1 Tasse etc.) Also: Mit schönem Blick über die Dächer von Zandvoort, aber abgerockt.

Es ist wie immer noch Luft nach oben .... !

Falsche Angaben bez. des Stockwerks, viele Fenstergriffe defekt, Rollos defekt, Haustürschloss hängt halb raus, Wasserhahn nicht verstellbar, Wandschrank locker. Ja es sind Kleinigkeiten aber der Eigentümer sollte eben auch mal etwas investieren bei 3.000 Euro Miete monatlich.

Sehr gute Lage (nähe Strand) und Stadtkern. Leider war kein Haarföhn in unserer Unterkunft. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter wurde prompt ein Föhn geliefert. DANKE nochmals ! Sehr schönes Appartement !

Super Lage

Lage ist sehr gut, 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhof, 3 Minuten vom Stand und um die Ecke Läden und Bars/Restaurants. Kommunikation wegen Checkin/Checkout und weitere Infos, war sehr gut und sehr schnell. Wifi hat super funktioniert und der große Esstisch war perfekt fürs Remote Arbeiten. Apartment bietet genug Platz (war aber auch alleine dort), auch ausreichend Platz in Badezimmer. Bett war sehr bequem. Perfekt wäre noch ein Mikrowelle und Spiegel :) Könnte aber allgemein ein kleines Facelift gebrauchen z.B.: Badezimmer hat nur ein Stehlampe, andere Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Oberhalb von Arbeitsplatz (bzw. Spülbecken Küche) gibt es kein Licht - ist Abends doch bisschen dunkel. Beim Küchen Schrank ist ein Abklebung lose und hier und da könnte es neue Farbe gebrauchen. Abfluss in die Dusche hat bisschen gerochen. Ich würde dort wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne süße Wohnung, alles erfüllt, bequemes Bett, gute Küche, zum Strand auch überhaupt nicht weit.
