The studio is a 60-square-meter apartment decorated under the theme “Salt and More…” and can accommodate up to two people. A light-filled, open-concept living space with a built-in kitchen and dining area, along with a south-facing balcony overlooking greenery, completes the exclusive ambiance. The apartment captivates with its extravagant, modern retro style and offers you all the comforts you need to feel right at home. We provide a brand-new kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a well-equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and a window. Of course, cable TV and free Wi-Fi are available. We also provide bicycle parking spaces and a car parking spot with an electric charging station at the building. You also don’t need to worry about bed linens and towels. A deposit of 50% of the total price can be charged at any time after booking. Payment is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Guests must contact the property by phone before arrival. Pets are not allowed. A visitor’s tax of 3.40 euros per person per day will be charged separately on-site.
