You'll be staying in a 2-room apartment for up to 3 people with 45 m² of living space on the 1st floor. One bedroom with a double bed (and TV), a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher and microwave, a shower/toilet, a balcony, flat-screen satellite TV, and a telephone. Parking space in the underground garage.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which sleeps up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
