You'll be staying in a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people (approx. 47 m²) at the Seestern Residence.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features:

- 1 double bed in the bedroom
- 1 pull-out sofa bed in the living room
- fully equipped kitchen with a combination oven and microwave
- DAB radio
- TV in the living room and bedroom
- separate dining area
- Wi-Fi
- balcony
- private underground parking space assigned to the apartment

The Residenz Seestern offers its guests a year-round highlight: its own swimming pool and
sauna area.
Supermarkets for self-catering, as well as numerous restaurants, cafés, and more, are located in the immediate vicinity.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Seestern Residence. The four apartment buildings are not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay; the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
