Welcome to our cozy apartment, located right next to the long, white sandy beach of Boltenhagen!

This bright, nautically themed, 48 m² non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor and features free Wi-Fi and free Sky TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, built-in microwave, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The living room features a high-quality, comfortable double sofa bed, a large, swivel-mounted flat-screen TV, and a mini stereo system. In the sideboard, you’ll find a selection of reading material, as well as games and DVDs for the whole family, and a mini safe. The large dining table with four comfortable chairs is situated right next to the bright windows.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern, comfortable bed featuring height-adjustable slatted frames and high-quality spring mattresses. It also includes a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The large mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors and the dresser provide ample storage space. You can access the south-facing balcony with a parasol from both the living room and the bedroom.
The spacious shower room features ample counter space, a stool, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror, and the built-in closet in the hallway contains a clothes rack and an ironing board.

A free parking space in the underground garage is included! From here, you can easily reach the apartment by elevator; the wellness area is also accessible this way.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa park and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Seestern Residence, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlets and child-sized toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
