The “Seestern” residence in Boltenhagen is located just about 100 meters from the sandy beach. The apartment complex features a playground, various restaurants and cafés, and a bike rental service—ideal for making your vacation both active and relaxing.

You’ll stay in a bright, two-room vacation apartment on the top floor that sleeps up to 4 people and covers approximately 50 m². The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a TV with a DVD player, as well as a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV with Sky channels, and a telephone. A separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher provide everything you need for self-catering. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and you can enjoy sunny hours on the balcony.

Additional amenities include an underground parking space, an elevator, coin-operated washer/dryer, and the on-site wellness area: You can use the swimming pool free of charge during your stay, while the sauna and steam room are available for a fee.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily needs are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family vacation.
On the first floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlor and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety plugs and children’s toilet seats are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room vacation apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
