We are happy to accept longer stays! We offer the following long term stay discounts:
-10% for stays of 7+ days
-15% for stays of 30+ days

★For Stays over 29 nights★
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.
Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire cottage. Living room, full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in each room), Sunroom with desk and a fantastic backyard to lounge with a good book and a cup of coffee. 24/7 street parking available!
