Your car will find a secure, free parking spot in the duplex garage that comes with the apartment. A coin-operated sauna and coin-operated washing machine are available for general use in the building. The duplex garage must be used to park your vehicle during your stay. The parking spaces in front of the building are available only for short-term loading and unloading.
The “Sonnenschein” vacation rental, with 32 square meters of living space for 2 people, has been designed as an open-concept living area with a sleeping area and has a very welcoming atmosphere thanks to its light-colored wood furniture. The open and spacious living area is visually separated by a low wooden partition for a cozy feel. On one side are two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and on the other side is the cozy living room with a comfortable couch, a wicker armchair, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a lovely dining table for two, and a rustic cabinet for your utensils and clothing. The kitchenette is integrated into the apartment’s entryway and features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a two-burner hotplate, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, and is equipped with kitchen items such as dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, pots, etc. Bathroom with shower/toilet and a hair dryer. The south-west-facing balcony with a view of the mountains is perfect for relaxing.
Smoking is permitted in the apartment only on the balcony; an ashtray is provided.

The mountain climbing village of Sachrang, located in the municipality of Aschau im Chiemgau, is an ideal starting point for numerous mountain hikes, mountain bike tours, and beautiful walks in the valley. In winter, a ski area with small lifts (particularly suitable for children and beginners), several toboggan runs, and a cross-country ski trail approximately 20 km long are sure to delight winter sports enthusiasts. Thanks to its central location, day trips to nearby Kufstein, as well as to Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg, Innsbruck, and many other destinations, are possible.
