A beachfront vacation rental in a former barn, newly renovated in 2020 and featuring upscale amenities, awaits your guests.

Interiorly designed in a surfer style with great attention to detail and that special touch, you’ll immediately feel comfortable and at home in this apartment. Special care was taken to select high-quality furnishings.

The perfectly laid-out 40-square-meter apartment spans two floors and accommodates two adults.

Small children can sleep in the bedroom; a travel crib is provided.

The first floor features a completely redesigned bathroom, including a walk-in, floor-level shower area, as well as a new, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

You’ll also find a dining area and a living area with a leather couch from Musterring—the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

A 55-inch TV, a PlayStation, and a Bose soundbar leave nothing to be desired.

The bedroom, featuring a built-in closet and high-quality hotel-style beds, is located on the upper floor and is accessed via a staircase in the living area. Since our house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic, nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep.

Outside, lounge furniture awaits you on the terrace; the 400-square-meter garden offers space for barbecuing and sunbathing; and the lockable garage has room for any bicycles you bring along.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space are included in the price.

Bedding and towels are not included but can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

The laid-back life of a surfer. “Eat-Drink-Surf-Sleep” is reflected in this apartment. Leather couch with a récamière, a Bosch retro freestanding refrigerator, plenty of light from skylights, and surf-themed decor. Plus, a bathroom with an open, walk-in shower and a bedroom fit for dreaming.
