The vacation apartment is located in Norderhafen, right next to the spa center on the second floor of a stylish apartment building, overlooking the trout lake. Restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest beaches—Holmer Siel (4 km) and Fuhlehörn (3.8 km)—are easily accessible by bike. A central swimming area with a ramp and a shower is located near the spa center, right next to the building. You can take the Adler ships from Strucklahnungshörn (2 km) for excursions to the islands and Halligen.

The bright living space is divided into an entryway, a kitchen/dining area, and a living and sleeping area. From the reading nook, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the fishing pond and the fields. Unwind with a smart 43-inch LED TV featuring a sound system. You can also tune in to all radio stations via the TV. The comfortable sofa is part of the modern fold-down bed and can easily be converted into a comfortable bed with a sleeping surface of 160 x 200 cm.
The tastefully designed built-in kitchen is fully equipped
with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill function, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Ample storage space is available in the two built-in closets.
The spacious bathroom features natural light, a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack.
Special Features
In our non-smoking vacation rental, we are happy to provide you with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). This vacation rental includes a covered bike shelter in the parking lot where you can store your bicycle. The vacation rental is heated by underfloor heating.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
