The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a coffee machine. The apartment has two bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a shower, while the second bathroom features a bathtub, along with a washer and dryer. The bedroom features a box-spring bed, a rustic wardrobe, and a TV. Recessed radios with speakers are available in all rooms. The terrace is a great place to relax. There is also a lockable storage box here. You can park your car in the underground garage, which has a duplex parking space. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace.
