We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Lieblings Meerchen” apartment has been lovingly furnished to a high standard. It is located on the first floor and features a spacious living room (flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi), a large kitchen-dining area (stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher) opening onto the balcony, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a very nice bathroom with a corner tub, shower, washing machine, and hair dryer. You’ll feel right at home!
Just off the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful, spacious balcony.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—all just around the corner.


The apartment’s initial amenities include a laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels,shower mat).


The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying person, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
