The vacation rental is located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest, in the small village of Kirchdorf im Wald, which has about 900 residents. The village has a small supermarket with a bakery and a post office, as well as an inn, two butcher shops, a doctor’s office, a dentist’s office, and a gas station. On weekends (Fri–Sun), there’s a takeout pizzeria. The vacation rental is 48 square meters and is located on the first floor, with a parking space and a garden. Ideal for two people. Upon arrival, you’ll find chilled Prosecco, fresh fruit, and a few snacks waiting for you. Amenities: New vacation rental, lovingly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee and espresso machines). Living room with a comfortable sofa set (convertible) and dining area. It includes Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. Bedroom with a double bed and closet (bed linens provided). Bathroom with shower and toilet (hand towels and bath towels provided). Garden with modern furniture, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. Leisure and excursion options: Outdoor swimming pool in Regen (10 km), 3 swimming lakes within a 25-km radius, Bavarian Forest National Park (wildlife enclosure) with a treetop trail in Neuschönau, Bodenmais with Silberberg, numerous beautiful hiking trails (hikes to the Arber, Lusen, and Rachel); cycling on idyllic forest trails; Pullman City near Eging am See (30 km); the “City of Three Rivers,” Passau (50 km); glassblowing workshop in Spiegelau.
