The "Forsthaus an der Cloef" vacation home is located in the heart of the Saarland, just a few minutes' walk from the Saar Loop, the state's landmark. It is situated in a quiet location and, with its spacious 160 m², offers plenty of room for guests. The house is a two-story, detached structure furnished in an atmospheric country-style. The large terrace features a fire pit with a grill, where you can relax and spend time with friends or family. The location is ideal for hikes or day trips to Luxembourg, France, the Saarland, or Rhineland-Palatinate. The well-known Villeroy & Boch factory, which includes a shop, is about 7 km away.
A supermarket with breakfast options, restaurants, a swimming pool, the Atrium, and admission to the treetop walk are all within easy walking distance.
The vacation home features a living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances—including a dishwasher, two coffee makers (one of which is a Dolce Gusto), a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a stovetop with an oven. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and two balconies; nearly all rooms are equipped with a TV and can accommodate up to five people. Bed linens, some hand and bath towels, and a basket of firewood are included. There are some games for the kids in the house, and the adventure playground is very close by. We also recommend the summer toboggan run in Saarburg or Walygator Parc in France as great family outings with children.
The house has a bathroom with a toilet and a large shower; there is also a guest restroom on the first floor. Upon request, we can also provide a crib and a high chair.
