The Neighborhood:

The condo sits in Salida’s Two Rivers neighborhood, where the Arkansas and South Arkansas Rivers meet. You’re located right above a local bakery and just a short walk from bars, restaurants, parks, and riverside paths. The neighborhood has a relaxed, residential feel with easy access to outdoor activities, making it an ideal base for exploring the river, nearby singletrack, and downtown Salida without being right in the middle of the busier core.



Getting Around:

Downtown Salida is about a 2‑minute drive or quick bike ride away, so it’s easy to pop into town for dining, shopping, and events. Many trails, paths, and river access points are reachable on foot or bike from the condo. Most guests arrive by car, and from here it’s a convenient launch point for hot springs, skiing, rafting, mountain biking, and other Arkansas Valley adventures.
