Bicycle parking is also available in front of the building. The fine sandy beach is about 100 m away, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach—not just during the swimming season. From here, you can step out onto the large, furnished balcony (south/west-facing) with a view of the greenery; it also features an electric awning, so you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. Adjacent to the living area is the comfortable kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker with thermos, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and a dining table. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames, two nightstands, insect screens, blackout curtains, and a large closet with a safe and a smart TV. A travel crib can be set up in the bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with vanity cabinet, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a toilet. A travel crib with a mattress and a high chair are available for your use. In the basement of the Grüne Düne, a communal sauna with a shower, toilet, and relaxation room is available for a fee, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer.
