The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.
- Home B is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs for a $125 pet fee per stay. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Home A. We kindly ask that all dogs staying in Home B be crate-trained and that guests clean up after their pets during their stay.
- Exterior cameras in the front doors are installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. There is also an interior security camera located inside the garage.
- Parking is available for a total of 6 vehicles in the driveway & garage. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
