Our house is located in the idyllic village of Großsteinberg am See. There are 7 lakes in the surrounding area, 3 of which are equipped for swimming. Unfortunately, our local lake cannot be used for swimming because it is completely enclosed and not open to the public. However, the Moritzsee and Grillensee are all the more beautiful as swimming lakes. You can reach these lakes within 7 minutes from our accommodation. From our vacation rental, you can enjoy very scenic hiking trails through the Muldental valley. For cyclists, the Muldental Valley is a paradise! Nearly 150 km of bike paths around the Muldental Valley are a major tourist highlight. You’re also welcome to use our on-site bike rental service. We also provide a lockable storage area for your bikes right at the vacation rental. Thanks to direct public transportation via a bus line that starts almost right outside our door, you’ll have great flexibility getting around in all directions. We’re 3 kilometers from the nearest highway exit. For our younger guests, we provide a travel crib for babies or children upon request.We provide a generous selection of brochures about the surrounding area at our property. The lakeside vacation rental in Großsteinberg offers water sports, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. The property is located 18 km from Leipzig.
