This architect-designed house features visible wooden beams and authentic oak parquet flooring throughout the living and sleeping areas, enhancing its cozy and high-quality ambiance.

It includes a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large panoramic windows and a cozy fireplace, complemented by a modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machines, ensuring ample space for communal cooking.

Three well-appointed bedrooms, each with solid wood double beds (two 180x200 cm and one 160x200 cm), provide comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. The property also has two tiled bathrooms, a communal outdoor shower, and a small utility room with a washing machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
