This small vacation apartment with a balcony is located near the famous Brandenburger Beach—Westerland’s surfing paradise. Apartment 17-9 is a one-room apartment with a south-facing balcony and measures approximately 25 square meters. It is located on the 3rd floor of the building at Brandenburger Straße 1.
PLEASE NOTE that there is currently a construction site behind the building (see photos), which may result in construction noise.

The living/bedroom area is equipped with a functional apartment wall unit featuring two fold-out beds. Wi-Fi is available (subject to change), and a dining area by the south-facing window creates a pleasant atmosphere. Light-colored floor tiles enhance the welcoming ambiance.
The modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are also provided—so everything you need for self-catering is taken care of.
The bathroom has light-colored tiles and features a bathtub suitable for both bathing and showering—whatever you prefer.

This centrally located apartment in the heart of Westerland allows you to easily reach all of the town’s main attractions on foot. In just a few minutes, you can reach the spa promenade with the Musikmuschel, the Sylter Welle water park, the aquarium, the main beach, and the pedestrian zones on Friedrichstraße and Strandstraße. Numerous restaurants, pubs, and other recreational options are also located in the immediate vicinity.

An elevator provides convenient access to the apartment; pets are not allowed.
This makes the apartment the perfect base for a relaxing and comfortable stay on Sylt.
