Top Notch Band Getaway Close to Downtown

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for up to 4 couples to reunite. First VRBO I ever rented where everything was operational as advertised! Even plenty of paper towels and toilet paper for the entire stay, and a clean, functional spa. The 10 am checkout was a hassle and no blinds to keep out the light in 2 of the bedrooms, but not a big problem for us.

Great location near the river/mirror pond; all the amenities needed for a low-key gathering of friends (big kitchen/dinning table, outdoor grill, patio, hot tub, garage w/ping pong…)The over-garage apartment was an added bonus when one of our party was delayed and got in late without disturbing the rest of us.

4th bedroom is detached. Massive lent behind all beds with some spiders. Check in instructions were incorrect and no check out instructions provided. Host was responsive and location was great!

The downtown Mirror Pond Bend Location was amazing!

We had an incredible stay at the NW Awbrey property and would book it again without hesitation. The location is amazing, literally steps from the Deschutes River and easy walk to downtown Bend, which made it easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, and shops. The hot tub was nice with cooler Bend evenings, and the ping pong table was a hit with the whole group. Alpenglow was easy to work with and the property was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this one for anyone looking for a great home base in Bend. Thanks Cooper J

Awesome House; Excellent Location to Downtown

The house was great, exactly as advertised. It was very nice to have such a short walk to everything downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this house again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location

Beautiful area. House is fabulous we really enjoyed our stay plenty of room for us all and we cooked dinner one night and had our four adult kids who live there come to dinner plenty of room to accommodate us all. Would definitely stay here again when we return.

Great Property Close to Town

Very nice place do stay if you have visiting with a larger group. It is less than a 10 min walk to downtown. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great great great location! Parking limited to garage 1 car (tight), 1 in driveway, the rest street parking. House is so fun and beautiful. Kitchen well stocked.

Awesome location and great property!

Great house! Walk to great coffee and restaurants and along the river. House well appointed with great patio space for larger groups. The numeric keypads were not very convenient with numerous doors.

Excellent Location and Setup For Family

We had six adults with separate rooms, with room for another couple with plenty of room. Great amenities, spa, bbq, ping pong, parking, great kitchen / family room layout with easy access to dining on the patio, and most importantly great bathroom to guest ratio!Finally, location, location, location. Easy walk to downtown dining and bars as well as Drake Park. And you can easily walk home after a river float.
