Welcome to The Luxury Haus, your chic, curated escape for those who crave the best. This stylish second-floor apartment offers 2BR, 1BA, and is thoughtfully layered with luxury linens, designer lighting, plush beds, and Smart TVs in every room. Sip something delicious from the stocked coffee bar, cook in a fully equipped kitchen, and snuggle into dreamy blankets. Includes washer/dryer, garage parking, and elevated comfort throughout. We also have a small patio area with two chairs and a table.

You`ll have full access to the home. I do like to note that this is an upstairs apartment. Guest will have to walk up stairs to enter home. There`s also a one car covered garage available for guest use.

We’re so happy to have you here and want to keep this space as beautiful and welcoming as possible for every guest! To help us do that, we kindly ask that you avoid eating on the furniture and remove your shoes (and ask your guests to as well). This home was designed with love, and we truly appreciate you treating it as your own. Lastly, please remember to turn off the lights when not in use to keep things cozy and energy-friendly. Security: Exterior cameras are located at the entrance door. These record entry points only. Cameras are monitored to ensure safety, community respect, and adherence to house rules.

Thermostat setting: please keep between 68–75°F for best comfort and performance.
