Both apartments are bright, modern, and comfortably furnished. Each has three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds plus a sofa bed. The large kitchen in each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, and the cosy living room with a fireplace is perfect for unwinding in the evenings. After a day on the slopes or a long hike, you can relax in the infrared sauna on the ground floor. Each apartment also has two bathrooms, underfloor heating, and a practical space to dry your ski or hiking boots. In the garden, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air – and on sunny days, there's a barbecue for some quality time outdoors. Pets are welcome in one of the apartments.



Whether you visit in summer or winter, there’s always something to do. In the warmer months, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling through the beautiful nature of the Giant Mountains. Highlights include the treetop walk in Janské Lázně and the stunning views from Černá hora. For sporty cyclists, there are plenty of well-marked routes, and for a bit of extra excitement, you can rent an e-bike or mountain bike locally.



In winter, the largest ski area in the Czech Republic, Černá Hora – Pec, is just five minutes away. With several cable cars, ski lifts, and well-maintained trails, it’s a paradise for skiers, snowboarders, and cross-country enthusiasts. A free ski bus will take you straight to the slopes. Families with children will also find lots to enjoy – from toboggan runs to snow parks.
