Guest access
Enter from a Front Main door from outside then go upstairs to private condo door entry. You can also enter from garage area.

Other things to note
** Since COVID -19 Linens, comforters and towels are not included, but you can rent them from Wildwood Linen Supply Company. Please see wildwoodrentalsupply for bedding for the daily / weekly rates, and to reserve what you need. They will pickup and deliver them to you for convenience.

Again we do not have any sheets, pillow cases, towels or comforters or washcloths.

Everything else like paper towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and tissues are provided.

***At this time we are only renting to over 25yrs of age. ***

￮ Please clean up before you leave; clean bath room, pickup all trash, wash dishes, take out trash, clean bedrooms, take dirty sheets and pillow cases off and leave on beds. If you use washer/dryer, no clothing or dirt or sand in the machine. If you use dishwasher, put away dishes please. This unit will have All Brand new appliances please care for them. Remember to grab all your things.

￮ No bikes in the Condo please.

￮ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it or pay for a new one; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back

￮ All guests should have traveler insurance on their own for the duration of their stay.

￮ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

* No smoking or vaping allowed - signs up stating so also.
* No towels hanging on the balconies.
* Please be respectful with noise, especially with the town ordinance between 10PM and 7AM.
* Unnecessary noises are NOT allowed. Radio and television should be operated in such a way that they do not disturb the other condos. No loud parties at this condo. No late loud music. The other owners and tenants will complain. Please be respectful as to no late loud music.
* Please recycle and put trash away appropriately.
